The Ashley Place

Enjoy living in one of our Bedrooms or Suites.  The Bedroom is a large room with a private bath and closet. (If you move your cursor over the photos, a magnifying glass will appear.  You can enlarge the photo by clicking on that magnifying glass.)

If you want more space, you can choose one of our Suites.  They have separate bedroom and living areas, private bath, closets and a wet bar that has a refrigerator, sink and cabinets.  Most rooms have sliding glass doors that open onto beautifully landscaped grounds.

We furnish the rooms but we encourage you to bring your own furniture and accessories to decorate the room to your liking.  Of course, we will do the housekeeping daily for you.

Both the Bedroom and the Suite can be private, with just one resident or semi-private where two residents share the room.  Our low monthly rates include ALL of our services, which are:

• Three delicious meals daily
• Storage and monitoring of medication
• Housekeeping daily
• Personal laundry service
• Bathing assistance, if needed
• Dressing assistance, if needed
• Activities daily
• Staff on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week

There are NO additional fees for any of the services listed above.  There are no other fees or deposits such as admission fees, common area fees or security deposits.

In addition, if you or your spouse is or was a wartime veteran we can give you information on obtaining aid and attendance benefits.  These benefits are paid by the Veterans' Administration and may be used to help pay for Assisted Living.  You can click here to get additional information about this program.

Move In Bonus

For a limited time, we are offering a move in bonus.  We agree not to raise your rent, EVER!  The rate you pay when you move in will be the rate you pay as long as you reside at The Ashley Place*  Ask for details when you stop in.
